Bayram Işık may provide web design, digital system setup, enquiry flow, measurement, advertising-led growth, and related consulting services. Each project is evaluated through needs analysis and written scope.

Prices, plans, descriptions, or examples shown on the website do not constitute a binding offer. Final pricing, delivery scope, payment plan, and responsibilities become effective after written approval.

Approvals and terms relating to third-party payment providers, advertising platforms, domain names, hosting, email, or external software accounts are subject to the rules of the relevant provider.

Client responsibilities

During a service process, you are expected to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Delivery timelines may be affected if brand materials, copy, images, access credentials, legal texts, or approvals are not provided on time.

The client confirms that it has the right to use the content it provides, that such content does not infringe third-party rights, and that it is responsible for legal notices that must be published.

If your sector has special legal requirements for advertising campaigns, payment systems, or data collection forms, assessing those requirements remains the client's responsibility.

Intellectual property

Text, design elements, layout, brand uses, images, and code structures on the website belong to their respective rights holders. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

A delivered live system may be used within the usage rights stated in the written agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, source files, development files, design working files, and internal process documentation are not included in the delivery scope.

Logos, copy, photos, brand assets, and other content provided by the client remain owned by the client or the relevant rights holder.

Privacy and data processing

Personal data processed during website use is handled according to the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Google Analytics performs cookie-based measurement only according to your cookie consent.

Limitation of liability
